Bird Rock Coffee Roasters was founded on the premise that the organic and socially responsible coffee we sell must exceed a buyer’s expectation of how good coffee can be.
While we are a small, locally-owned company, we take pride in the fact that we are often involved in the entire journey a coffee bean will take as it makes its way from the farm to the cup, and that this involvement lends itself to a superior cup of coffee. We often work directly with coffee farmers to improve the quality of the coffee that they grow, and we pay these farmers much more for their crop than they would receive via normal coffee trade.
