The weather is turning a bit warmer here at the beach and after a particularly wet winter, we are ready for Summer -- forget about Spring! Organic coffees from Africa, Indonesia, and South America make an elixir that is medium-bodied with a refined, lingering finish. Heavier chocolate notes than our Winter Blend but a tad more complex. For best results, extract a tight 3/4 oz shot in 22-25 seconds.
