Tasting Notes:
The Harfusa coopertive serves 972 members who are all small producers. Grown in the Gebeo region at 2300 meters in southern Ethiopia, this is an wonderful Yirgacheffe coffee. Instense orange-citrus aroma, suprisingly dense bodied for a light roast, ultra-clean finish. You won't find a nicer Yirg this season. This one is a current favorite here at the roatery.
